Daily/Expedited Delivery: AZ Litigation Support, LLC has a standard delivery time of 10 business days.  We also provide daily copy and expedited delivery as well.  We specialize in meeting tight deadlines!

E-Transcripts: An E-Transcript file is a completely self-contained, interactive transcript that clients will appreciate and request.  Once the court reporter imports an ASCII into the E-Transcript software, the final E-Transcript file is encrypted, password and virus protected.  It can be safely and securely emailed for instant electronic delivery.

Transferring Exhibits and Depositions to CD-ROM: AZ Litigation Support, LLC can scan all exhibits and depositions and transfer them to CD or other formats as may be required.

Condensed Transcripts and Keyword Index: Tired of voluminous deposition copies?  The Condensed Transcript condenses up to 16 pages of testimony onto one page.  The Index gives an alphabetical listing of each word within the transcript and provides page and line reference.

Realtime Reporting: Realtime reporting allows the attorney to connect to the court reporter’s laptop.  Using CaseView II, LiveNote or Summation, the transcript can be read back, word searched, highlighted or marked creating an instant rough transcript at the end of the proceedings.  Please let our office know if this service will be needed at the time of scheduling.

Videotaping: AZ Litigation Support,LLC uses Certified Legal Video Specialists with state-of-the-art equipment.  Services include video depositions, CD conversion, transcript/video synchronization, editing, duplicating and courtroom playback.

Video Conferencing: We can provide video conferencing from our central phoenix offices to anywhere in the world within 48 hours advance notice.

Translation Services: AZ Litigation Support,LLC utilizes certified translators for all foreign languages.  Our interpreters are professional and understand the word "verbatim".

Audio Transcription: This service includes transcription of court proceedings, interviews, meetings and telephone conversations.

Conference Rooms: AZ Litigation Support,LLC has conference room locations available throughout Arizona.
