Court Reporting Deposition
AZ Litigation Support, LLC was established by Marty Herder, after 17 years as the lead producer for Arizona’s largest reporting firm.
Taking with him the business acumen and a unique desire to further build interpersonal relationships with all counsel and staff in litigation, as well as his peers, he collaborated with key investment, industry, business and social partners to achieve being an asset to the litigation community, and to add integrity & professionalism as they built a team concept within the reporting community. The key to providing good service is reliable effective communication with each clients and solid experience in a wide variety of areas. The ability to communicate reliably with all parties concerned, copious attention to detail, and an acute awareness of what is required in every situation encountered. We provide ALL the necessary services, reliably, by making certain every member of our team is properly educated, well trained and has the necessary experience and desire to assure your case is handled to your complete satisfaction!
Coordination/Scheduling
Whether you are on the west coast or in the Midwest and your expert witness maintains a practice on the east coast, you may wish to depose the witness in their office where he/she maintains their files and records. If for reasons of time and/or travel, bad weather or flight connections, a phone call will secure a professional reporter to take your depositions via telephone from the office of the witness or from one of our conference rooms.
Should you require the deposition expedited, simply advise us when you schedule your deposition or advise our reporter at the job. In the event of some urgency, a Miniscript can be e-mailed or faxed to your office while you await delivery of the standard transcript.
Our confirmation process will assure you that things will run smoothly whether you are deposing your witness telephonically or arriving from out of town. Our quality control is on the job whether your transcripts are delivered in the standard ten-working days or expedited. You deserve the very best and we do our best to meet your needs.
